Finnish Fans Depicted Lukashenko As A Cockroach

The Belarus national soccer team will play its second match of the new UEFA Nations League season today.

In the second round of Group C1, the Belarusians will face the Finnish national team in Helsinki. The match began at 7:00 p.m. Belarusian time.

According to "Tribuna", the Finnish national team took the field for warm-ups wearing T-shirts that read "We Stand for Peace".

Fans greeted the Lukashenko anthem with boos, and white-red-white and Ukrainian flags were visible in the stands.

Finnish fans also displayed a banner depicting Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko as a cockroach being hunted by an owl. The banner reads: “Your time will come.”
