German Ambassador: “Belarusian Elites Should Consider US Proposals”

Gebhardt Weiss, the German ambassador to Belarus, does not agree with the words of Alyaksandr Lukashenka that Europe has no desire to cooperate with Belarus. “Europe wants improvement of relations with Belarus. Opinions differ on what basis it could happen. If we analyze the 12 proposals of the EU, it is obvious that they contain many things which exist and are commonly accepted in Europe in the sphere of human rights, rule of law state, economy,” the diplomat noted.
Наивные капиталисты! О каких элитах они говорят? О прослойке вассалов и придворных, прикормленных вокруг одной личности? Или торговцев, имеющих высочайшее разрешение на бизнес с определенными условиями?
ReplyКогда они поймут, что любой, кто возомнит себя самостоятельно действующей элитой, тут же сядет за прошлые, теперешние или фиктивные грешки. Как бы близко к самой верхушке он не подобрался.
