Another “supervisor” of Belarusian Internet appointed

BelGIE, a state inspection for telecommunication control, will soon give final explanations on what regulation of the Internet under decree #60 will mean for Belarusians.
Naturally, one of the first programs of dictators is to try to stifle opposition-essentially creating a police state controlled access to information for citizens. No matter how much Lukashenka tries to block it-information will always be available-one way or another-to persons living in this land-locked country-surrounded by nations whose citizens do have access to internet. It is rather laughable-the attempts to control internet-from a small country led by a former collective farm person and a group of KGB holdovers. Oh well, they may block internet access locally but in the larger picture of information availability they will fail.
