Therefore, the enemy hits civilian infrastructure with hypersonic missiles.

Russia uses more than ten cruise missiles every day to strike Ukraine's civilian infrastructure. Now the Russians are using supersonic Kh-22 anti-ship cruise missiles to strike at these targets. In particular, on May 12, 12 cruise missiles were used at the Kremenchug oil refinery. Two of them were shot down from the Stinger MANPADS. The change of tactics by the Russians is connected with the refusal to use aviation, which suffers heavy losses.

This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.

On his Facebook page, he wrote that Russian troops fire 10 to 14 missiles into Ukraine every day, which are launched at civilian targets. Now the Russians are massively shelling Ukrainian targets with supersonic Kh-22 anti-ship missiles.

"Recently, Russia has been resorting to the tactics of massive use of supersonic anti-ship cruise missiles of the X-22 type against these targets," Zaluzhny said.

The military leader pointed out that on May 12, the invaders attacked the Kremenchug oil refinery with 12 cruise missiles. Two of them were shot down by Ukrainian troops from Stinger MANPADS.

According to him, the occupiers have changed their tactics, since their aviation is suffering heavy losses.

"One of the reasons for the adversary to switch to this tactic is the refusal to use aviation, which incurs heavy losses," Valery Zaluzhny emphasized.
