Belarusian Meets Lukashists Coming To Him With 'Political' Charges With Axe

The man works as an individual entrepreneur.

Policemen detained a 53-year-old businessman from Minsk for posting "appeals to kill policemen" in chat rooms in 2020, reports the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The individual entrepreneur was "discovered" by the Main Department of Internal Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It is reported that during the arrest the Minsk businessman was actively resisting, "trying to hit the officers with an axe". The police added that the man, fearing being detained, "has recently led a conspiratorial life and always carried an axe".

Two criminal cases have been opened against him - for inciting social hatred and for attempted murder of an internal affairs officer when performing his official duties.
