Russian Colonel Who Ordered To Bomb Mariupol Drama Theatre Identified

The war criminal comes from the Zhytomyr region of Ukraine.

The colonel of the Russian army, who gave the order to bombard the drama theater, maternity hospital and children's hospital in Mariupol, Donetsk region, is called Sergei Atroshchenko.

This was announced in Telegram by the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andryushchenko.

According to him, Sergey Atroshchenko was born on May 5, 1981 in the city of Ovruch, Zhytomyr region. Then he lived in Russian Lipetsk and Voronezh.
