The invader helped the international court.
A Russian occupier personally recorded the theft of paintings from the Kherson Regional Museum of Local Lore by signing a storage agreement.
First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yuri Sobolevsky said this on his Telegram channel.
“Obvious is incredible. It's about a Russian occupier who recorded his own crimes, thereby helping international courts,” he wrote.
"On April 1, 2023, the Kherson Region Department the Ministry of Culture and the President of the Simferopol Central Museum of Taurida, Malygin Andrey Vitalievich, signed a storage agreement related to the previously evacuated paintings of the Kherson Regional Museum of Local Lore," he cited the Russian document.
Mr Sobolevsky noted that the evacuation meant the robbery of the cultural values of the Kherson region during the invaders’ retreat from the city under pressure from the Defence Forces of Ukraine.
