‘Unidentified Object’ Flew into Poland From Belarus

It became unreachable for radars in the Kujawskie-Pomorskie Voivodeship.

The Ministry of National Defense of Poland reports that the Air Operations Center noted the appearance in the airspace of Poland of an object that arrived from Belarus. According to the AOC, this is probably an observation balloon, Polskie Radio reports.

Radar contact with the object was lost near Ripin in the Kujawskie-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The operational commander decided to raise the territorial defense forces on duty to search for the object.
