Columns Of Russian Troops Leaving Donbas Back To Russia

After a volunteer raid near Belgorod, the Kremlin withdrew part of its forces from the front.

The Russian command is transferring part of the Russian troops from the Donbas to the territory of the Russian Federation. They will strengthen the borders of the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions, the vulnerability of which was clearly demonstrated by the raid of Russian volunteers from the Freedom of Russia Legion and the Russian Volunteer Corps a few days ago.

In connection with the decision of the Kremlin, from the evening of May 24 and throughout the night, huge columns of military equipment were moving through a number of the temporarily occupied Luhansk region. This is reported by the Crimean Wind Telegram channel.

According to the channel, from the evening of May 24 until the morning of May 25, huge columns of Russian military equipment stretched through Starobelsk, Luhansk, Krasnodon. The transfer of part of the troops from the occupied part of the Donetsk region in the direction of the territory of the Russian Federation began.

“Putin decided to strengthen the defense of the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions after a successful reconnaissance and sabotage operation in the Belgorod region. This means weakening the defense on the front line in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. Troops are being withdrawn from the regions of Svatove, Kreminna, Severodonetsk, Lysychansk,” the channel writes.

The transfer of troops is confirmed by the conversations of the Russian invaders intercepted by scouts, as well as by aerial reconnaissance data.

“Together with the withdrawal of Wagner PMC forces from the Bakhmut area, it seems that another goodwill gesture or a negative offensive is planned up to the defense line along the Seversky Donets, which was at the time of the invasion on February 24, 2022,” the authors of the channel suggest.

As the Charter97.org website reported before, on May 22, fighters of the Russian Volunteer Corps announced another breakthrough of the Russian border. In the Belgorod region, a counter-terrorist operation regime was introduced; it has already been canceled though.

Earlier, the Freedom of Russia Legion announced that, together with the Russian Volunteer Corps, it had “completely liberated” the village of Kozinka in the Belgorod Region of the Russian Federation, and also entered the village of Grayvoron and began to storm it.

On May 23, Russian volunteers entered the village of Bogun-Gorodok in the Borisov district of the Belgorod region.
