AFU 'Push Through' Russian Front in Two Sections: New Maps

The Ukrainian army has advanced south of Bakhmut and in Zaporizhzhia region.

The Ukrainian military have managed to advance south of Bakhmut, near Kleshchyivka, as well as in Zaporizhzhia Region during the fighting.

This is reported by DeepState analysts.

According to the analysts, AFU units managed to advance 1 to 2.6 kilometres near the villages of Kleshchyivka and Andriivka, south of Bakhmut in Donetsk Region. The area of the liberated territory amounts to 7.51 square kilometres.

In addition, the Ukrainian military have had success near the village of Novodanilivka, Zaporizhzhia region, near the Zaporizhzhia-Mariupol highway, which is about 8 kilometres south of Orekhove.

AFU Counterattack

The Ukrainian military is advancing in the Bakhmut, Torets and Berdyansk directions. During the week they have taken control of seven settlements - three in Zaporizhzhia Region and four in Donetsk Region.

In an attempt to slow down the advance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the occupiers have mined and blown up hydraulic structures on the territories where the Ukrainian military is counterattacking.

The USA has also announced a new military assistance package which will include Stryker and Bradley armoured vehicles. They can replace units that have been damaged during the launched counterattack.
