The Kakhovka Reservoir has dried up after the dam was damaged by the Russian occupants, satellite images show.
OSINT-blogger WarMapper has published new images of Kakhovka reservoir from Copernicus Sentinel satellites. They show that the reservoir actually no longer exists.
WarMapper notes that the wasteland that has appeared will hardly allow to just cross the area, but will clearly open new opportunities in maneuvering for both the Russian occupants and the AFU.
New satellite imagery confirms that, in effect, the Kakhovka Reservoir no longer exists.

In addition, satellite images show that the island of Tavan, which was flooded in the 1930s, has come to the surface after the Dnipro was drained. In the XVII century there were Turkish fortresses there.
