Ukrainian Forces Broke Through Enemy Northern Flank Near Bakhmut: Russians Are Retreating

The Ukrainian troops continue to move forward north of Bakhmut, including the direction to the northwest of the Khromove settlement.

The offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine achieved important tactical successes on the northern flank, knocking out the Russians from the positions near the northern pond, the military observer of the Kravchuk Telegram channel specified.

According to incoming information, the Russians controlled these positions for a long time and lost control over them recently.

“Bakhmut direction, northern flank. The Ukrainian troops advanced in several directions towards the city of Bakhmut and northwest of the settlement of Khromove. The Russians were almost completely forced out of the positions near the northern pond, which they controlled for quite some time,” a military observer reports.
