Ukrainian Intelligence Shows Video Of Burning Russian Su-34 Bomber

The aircraft was destroyed at the Shagol aerodrome in Chelyabinsk.

Another bomber has burnt down on the territory of the aggressor country Russia. A Su-34 aircraft caught fire on the territory of the Shagol airfield in the city of Chelyabinsk.

The Russian bomber burned down on the night of January 4. This was reported in the press service of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of defence of Ukraine.

"Shagol" - a military airfield of the Russian Federation, located north-west of the city of Chelyabinsk.

The airfield is suitable for aircraft such as Il-76, An-22, Tu-134 and all lighter aircraft, as well as helicopters of all types. The aerodrome is widely used as a hop-up airfield and a temporary deployment aerodrome during regular training exercises.

It is the main aerodrome for training flights of cadets of the Chelyabinsk Military Aviation Institute of navigators. The aerodrome is home to Tu-134Sh, Tu-134UBL and An-26Sh aircraft of the 221st training airbase of the Russian Air Force.
