Russia can be “written off”
The situation in Chechnya demonstrates that Russia is starting to “swell and burst” from within. Therefore, in order to finally “write off” the aggressor country, it is necessary to economically collapse Putin's empire. There are all the economic levers to collapse Russia, like the USSR.
“Russia can be collapsed almost “bloodlessly”, like the Soviet Union,” Svitan emphasized.
This can be done by continuing to systematically pressure Russia with sanctions and lower oil prices.
