Also residents of Sevastopol photographed the smoke that appeared over the city's bay as a result of the night attack.

Later it was reported that the attack by ATACMS missiles hit the 13th ship repair plant of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Kilen-Bukhta.

In the centre of Sevastopol, residents filmed the fall of some debris.

Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev said the occupation army had to repel a massive attack on the city.

"According to preliminary information, more than 4 aerial targets have already been shot down," Razvozhayev wrote.

He said debris from downed ATACMS missiles and drones fell in different parts of the city, resulting in severed power lines in some streets.

Subsequently, he claimed that General Ostryakov Avenue was blocked due to the alleged shooting down of an ATACMS missile carrying submunitions. According to the representative of the occupation "administration", this will tentatively last until noon.

He also said that the high-explosive part of the ATACMS missile, shot down by the air defence, penetrated the nine-storey buildings and got stuck on the technical floor. There was no detonation.

"According to preliminary information, there is still a threat of UAV attacks throughout the night," Razvozhayev emphasised.
