Saratov Residents Report A Large Number Of Explosions

The base in Engels is under attack.

On the night of October 16, kamikaze drones massively attacked the Saratov region of the Russian Federation. Facilities in the regional center, as well as in Engels, where a strategic aviation base is located, were under attack.

All night long, local residents complained of numerous explosions. This is reported by monitoring Telegram channels.

Attack on the Saratov region

Preliminary data shows that the drone attack on Saratov and Engels began around 01:00 am. The first wave of UAVs attacked the region within a few hours.

After some time, a second wave of drones was recorded, which attacked the Saratov region until the morning. Eyewitnesses said that during the attack, numerous explosions and signs of burning were recorded in Saratov and Engels near the industrial area.
