In Minsk, A Man Dressed In Black And Wearing A Balaclava Fell From The Window Of A High-rise Building

The incident occurred on the Logoy Highway.

A man fell from a 10th-floor window of one of the high-rise buildings on Logoysky Trakt in Minsk, according to Onliner.

“A man dressed in black and wearing a balaclava fell from a tenth-floor window. Emergency responders from the Ministry of Emergency Situations who arrived at the scene are currently trying to rescue him,” an eyewitness told reporters.

According to the source, he noticed the man hanging from the building’s facade around 8:30 a.m.

“The body was hanging at the eighth-floor level. Presumably, the man was in an apartment on the tenth floor: there’s an open window there, with a rope hanging out of it,” he said.

According to another eyewitness, police and emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly thereafter. Specialists were able to enter the apartment on the tenth floor, from which the man is believed to have fallen.
