A special envoy from the European Union may also participate in the trilateral meeting.

Negotiations to resolve the war in Ukraine are scheduled to take place in the first half of November in Abu Dhabi in a trilateral format.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing a statement by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

According to him, the feasibility of the European Union’s special envoy participating in the negotiations will “depend on the position Brussels takes.”

Peskov also stated that “a comprehensive settlement of the war is impossible without discussing the security concerns of both Russia and Ukraine.”

At the same time, he did not provide any further details regarding the upcoming meeting.
