Ukrainian Air Defense Shot Down Two "Kalibr" Missiles With A Single Missile

The first explosion triggered the detonation of the second target.

Air defense personnel from the "Center" Air Command destroyed two Russian 3M14 “Kalibr” cruise missiles, using just a single anti-aircraft guided missile from the MIM-23 “Hawk” system.

According to “Censor.NET”, a video released—filmed through the air defense system’s targeting sight—captures the moment Russian missiles, flying one after another, were destroyed.

Ukrainian anti-aircraft gunners struck the first, lead missile. The powerful explosion was enough to trigger the detonation of the second "Kalibr" missile flying behind it.

The footage shows a bright flash, after which several fiery objects appear in the field of view. Thus, with a single anti-aircraft missile launch, Ukrainian defenders destroyed two enemy aerial targets at once.
