After A New Explosion In Perm There Was A Release Of Hazardous Substances

In Perm for the second day in a row, explosions have been heard. After the new drone strike, the city declared an accident with the release of a dangerous substance, and a white "mushroom" of smoke rose in the sky above the city.

April 30, another explosion occurred in Perm. A warning about the accident went out from loudspeakers across the city.

"There was an accident with the release of a dangerous substance," the video says.

A simultaneous air alert has been declared in the Perm region.

The video, shared by locals, shows a characteristic white "mushroom" of smoke over the city.

Yesterday, April 29, drones struck an oil pumping station in the Perm region. Today, according to social media, there was a second strike at or near the same facility. Local channels are publishing new videos of the explosion.

The fire at the site lasted at least 24 hours.
