All The Finalists For Eurovision 2026 Have Been Announced

The finals will take place on Saturday evening.

The Austrian capital hosted the second semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest. According to the results of this day, 10 more participants are in the final. The final will take place on Saturday evening, the BBC writes.

Who made it to the final

The second semi-final was not as tense as the first: the political component was minimized. In the first semifinal, some of the audience booed Israeli singer Noam Bettan, while others chanted slogans in his favor. In the second, there was no such tension, and all the favorites passed quietly into the final round, notes BBC music columnist Mark Savage.

There were 10 performers who made it through to the semi-finals:

Albania (singer Alice, song Nân);

Australia (Delta Goodrem, Eclipse);

Bulgaria (Dara, Bangaranga);

Cyprus (Antigoni, Jalla);

Ukraine (LELÉKA, Ridnym);

Czech Republic (Daniel Žižka, Crossroads);

Denmark (Søren Torpegor Lunn, Før Vi Går Hjem);

Malta (Aidan, Bella);

Romania (Alexandra Capitanescu, Choke Me);

Norway (Junas Lov, Ya Ya Ya Ya).

The 10 winners of the first semi-final (Israel, Belgium, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Greece, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Serbia and Sweden) will join them in the final, as well as Austria (as the host country of the event), the UK, France, Germany and Italy (as representatives of the so-called big four music broadcasters).

The Finnish duo Linda Lampenius and Pete Parkkonen are considered the main favorites, with Greece-based performer Akilas (Akilas Mytilineos) and Australian Delta Goodrem also in the top three.

Delta Goodrem, according to critics, can also claim victory. "Her song, a classic ballad in the style of Celine Dion, is guaranteed to please both the audience and the jury of professional songwriters, which accounts for half of the total score," says the BBC music reviewer.

Ukraine has once again reached the final: the country's representatives have won the contest three times since 2003. This time it is Viktoria Leleka with the song "Ridnim" ("Motherland"). The native of Dnipropetrovsk region gained musical experience in Germany and started as a jazz singer. Since 2024, she has launched her DONBA₴GRL project and has performed at many festivals, including Glastonbury in the UK.

Her song "Ridnim" is described by a BBC columnist as "a heartfelt message of strength and resilience".
