Trump Has Suspended The Freedom Project On Ship Passage Through The Strait Of Hormuz

The President of the United States voiced the reasons why.

US President Donald Trump has said that Washington will temporarily stop conducting Freedom Project ships through the Strait of Hormuz.

This is reported by Charter97.org with reference to his post on the Truth Social social network.

Trump said the reason for the decision was the request from Pakistan and other countries, the huge success of the US military campaign, and the significant progress in reaching a "full and final agreement" with Iran.

"We have mutually agreed that while the blockade remains in place, Project Liberty (the passage of ships through the Strait of Hormuz) will be suspended for a short period of time to see if an agreement can be finalized and signed," the US president wrote.
