The Belgian Prime Minister Brought Back A Revolver From Erdogan Without Knowing It

Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever only realized after returning home from the NATO summit that he had brought a revolver with him, a gift from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and was very surprised.

According to reports, the Belgian prime minister discovered the contents of the gift only after landing at the military airfield in Melsbroek.

Upon discovering the revolver, De Wever handed it over to the police at the Melsbroek airport. There, it was placed in a weapons safe.

Meanwhile, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer left the gifted revolver in Turkey, as importing combat firearms into the United Kingdom is prohibited by law.
