A missile alert was issued in Russia’s Moscow Region, and reports of a fire near the Kapotnya Oil Refinery in Moscow have surfaced online.

The Telegram channel Astra reported this on Friday, July 10.

The channel noted that the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry’s alert system warned of possible disruptions to mobile internet service and urged residents to stay home, stay away from windows, or take shelter.

At the same time, the Telegram channel Exilenova+ reported a fire near the Kapotnya oil refinery in Moscow. As of now, this information has not been officially confirmed.
