Budanov Addressed Ukrainians And Urged Them To “not Hate On Anyone”

The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine stated that “the public’s position has been heard.”
Ukrainian authorities have “heard” the public’s stance on the latest personnel changes, and the situation is being resolved “professionally, constructively, and in the interests of the state.” This was stated on July 20 on Telegram by the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kirill Budanov.
He made this statement amid protests and demands by some Ukrainians to dismiss Oleksandr Syrskyi from his post as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to reinstate Mykhailo Fedorov as Minister of Defense.
Budanov noted that the situation has stirred strong emotions and that citizens’ concern is a force that helps Ukraine endure, but he called for calm.
“The public’s position has been heard. The situation is being resolved professionally, constructively, and in the interests of our state. Therefore, I ask that you remain calm. Debate is a normal part of life in a free country. It is important that it continues to take place peacefully, without provocations that would harm national security,” explained the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
Budanov also urged Ukrainians not to resort to mutual hostility.
“I urge everyone not to engage in online harassment. The enemy is closely monitoring every internal dispute we have and is waiting for us to start fighting among ourselves. I’ll say this directly to our enemies: you won’t get your wish. Let’s focus on our shared victory. Ukraine will definitely emerge stronger from this situation. Work is underway. Results will follow,” he added.
