It had a range of up to 5,000 km.

Ukrainian defenders in occupied Crimea have “tracked down” an electronic warfare station of great value to the occupiers. The station in question is the “Murmansk-BN” shortwave coastal electronic warfare complex, which has a range of up to 5,000 km.

This was reported on the Telegram channel of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense. Footage of the successful operation was also shared there.

“We took out the ‘Murmansk’ in Crimea—GUR specialists tracked down the occupiers’ expensive electronic warfare station,” the message reads.

Specialists from the Unmanned Systems Department of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense carried out a successful operation to destroy Russian equipment on the night of July 26–27, 2026. The troops tracked down and struck an electronic warfare station near Cape Fiolent.
