At “Berestovitsa,” Viktor registered at 9:20 a.m. on August 23—he reached the border crossing at 3:30 a.m. on August 25. Crossing the border takes an average of two to three hours.

There is a line of buses only at the “Brest” border crossing. On the morning of August 25, there were 11 buses in the waiting area.

Drivers charge 50 euros per adult and 30 euros per child to transfer passengers to the first buses in line before the barrier. For one user of the border chat group, crossing the border at “Brest” on the afternoon of August 24 took 7 hours and 35 minutes. At “Berestovitsa,” crossing the border by bus takes between 4.5 and 7 hours.

There are no significant lines when leaving Poland for Belarus.
