A prisoner-of-war exchange between Russia and Ukraine is taking place today in Belarus on a “10-for-10” basis. This was reported by the Human Rights Commissioner to the President of the Russian Federation Yana Lantratova.

The last exchange of prisoners of war between the two sides took place on August 24. At that time, 10 people returned to Russia, and the same number returned to Ukraine. A week ago, the sides exchanged prisoners of war on a 103-for-103 basis.
