Belarus Is Experiencing A "contrasting" Fall

Weather forecasters have provided a forecast for the period from August 31 to September 6.
The first days of fall will be full of contrasts, and the change of seasons will be marked by unstable weather. Average temperatures will remain within the normal range. The good news: there are no signs of prolonged rain or sustained cold weather yet. Weather forecaster Dmitry Ryabov provided a forecast for the coming week.
On Monday, August 31, the weather will begin to be influenced by an area of high atmospheric pressure and a weak atmospheric front. Cloudy skies with some sunny intervals will prevail. There will be light, localized, and brief showers. Light fog in some areas in the early morning. The wind will be moderate from the southwest. Overnight temperatures will range from +9 to +12°C. Daytime temperatures will range from +23°C in the northwest and north of the country to +29°C in the south.
On Tuesday, September 1, weather conditions will continue to be influenced by an atmospheric front. It will be cloudy with some sunny intervals. Short-lived showers are expected in most areas, with thunderstorms possible during the day. The wind will be moderate and variable in direction. Humidity will reach up to 70%. Overnight temperatures will range from +9°C to +14°C; daytime highs will range from +18°C in the Vitebsk Region to +26°C in the Gomel Region.
On Wednesday, September 2, a high-pressure system will push the rain zone out of the country. No significant precipitation is expected. At night and in the morning, light fog in some areas; high humidity—up to 80%. Winds will be moderate and variable in direction. Nighttime temperatures will range from +8 to +13°C. During the day, temperatures will range from +19°C in northern Belarus to +25°C in the southern regions.
Preliminary forecasts indicate that, early in the second half of the week, weather conditions will be determined by successive atmospheric fronts and moist air masses.
On Thursday, September 3, the weather will be mostly cloudy with some sunny intervals; rain is expected in most areas, and thunderstorms are possible. Winds will be from the west, moderate. Fog in some areas at night and in the morning. Humidity will be high. Overnight temperatures will range from +10 to +15°C. Daytime temperatures will range from +19 to +24°C.
On Friday, September 4, most areas will also remain rain-free. Winds will be from the west and southwest, moderate and gusty at times. Fog in some areas at night and in the morning—visibility up to half a kilometer. Nighttime temperatures will range from +9 to +14°C, and daytime temperatures from +15 to +20°C, reaching up to +25°C in southern areas.
Unstable, rainy, and cool weather is expected during the first weekend of fall.
On Saturday, September 5, a stormy atmospheric front and moist air masses will take over. Cloudy conditions and brief showers are expected. Moderate winds from the south. Humidity up to 70%. Nighttime temperatures +9…+13°C. During the day, temperatures will range from +14°C in western Belarus to +20°C in the Gomel Region.
On Sunday, September 6, the weather will remain unchanged. The influence of a cold, contrasting atmospheric front will persist. It will be cloudy with brief clear spells, with occasional rain—heavy in places—and possible thunderstorms. Fog in some areas at night and in the morning—visibility up to half a kilometer. The wind will be northwesterly and gusty. Temperatures will range from +7 to +12°C at night and from +13 to +17°C during the day; it will be 2–4°C warmer in the Gomel and Brest regions.
