Zelenskyy Announced Personnel Changes In The Armed Forces Of Ukraine Following A Conversation With Drapaty

The president and the commander-in-chief paid particular attention to the defense of the Donbas.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapaty briefed the Ukrainian president on the defense of Donbas and anti-ballistic measures. In addition, personnel issues within the army were discussed.
This was reported by Charter97.org, citing a statement by Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
“We also discussed with the Commander-in-Chief personnel issues within the Armed Forces of Ukraine that need to be resolved,” the Ukrainian president emphasized.
The President of Ukraine added that special attention was paid to the defense of Konstantinovka, Slavyansk, and the Donbas region as a whole.
“I am grateful to all units that are fully carrying out their combat missions, repelling Russian assaults, eliminating ‘infiltrations,’ and systematically destroying the occupiers,” Zelenskyy noted.
The President of Ukraine emphasized that “there is a clear understanding of how to strengthen this front.”
The meeting also addressed “long-term sanctions” against Russia—the head of state noted that “good results” had been achieved regarding the Yaroslavl Oil Refinery and announced the continuation of the operation.
“Mykhailo also reported on work related to anti-ballistic defense—specifically, his communication with the American side. We are working at all levels to obtain missile systems for air defense. All partners understand what is needed and how this affects not only saving lives and protecting our cities, but also Russia’s approach to diplomacy,” Zelenskyy emphasized.
