“I will thank the citizens. I will invite everyone who comes to power to a televised debate. I have been president of our country for a very long time. I have served the citizens of Serbia faithfully, loyally, diligently, and selflessly; I have fought, and now I am stepping down as an ordinary citizen,” said the Serbian president.

He added that he will then take part in the election campaign. It should be noted that early parliamentary elections will be held in Serbia at the end of October.

“I also have a truck, and I have my own car. I’ve also bought a camper, since I won’t be able to spend the night just anywhere. I’ll travel to the most remote villages and stay there until late. There are still many villages left. Thousands and thousands of other villages I haven’t been to yet. I want to visit the cities as well; I want to go to every city, stand in front of a store, in front of a nightclub, and talk to people,” Vucic concluded.
