Banks Have Made Changes To Loans For Belarusian Goods

The rates and terms have changed.

Some banks have updated their terms for loans to purchase Belarusian goods. "Zerkalo" reported on what has changed for their customers.

Belgazprombank has introduced updates to its “Loan for Belarusian Goods” program. “The interest rate has been lowered, the grace period has been extended, and a uniform loan repayment term has been established,” the financial institution reports.

The maximum loan amount is 40,000 rubles; the interest rate is 2.99% for the first 180 days, then 12.8%. The term for full repayment is up to 10 years. Early repayment is permitted.

“BSB-Bank” has also lowered interest rates on loans for domestic goods—to 11.77% per annum (-0.2 percentage points).

As of September 11, such loans have also become more accessible at “Technobank.”
