In Mahilyou at the polling station #24 the electoral programme of the Belarusian dictator is placed beside lists of voters.
“Human Rights Activists for Free Election” have been informed about that by the regional campaign chief of a presidential candidate Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu.
“When I came round polling stations, at the polling station #24 I noticed the electoral programme of Alyaksandr Lukashenka, one of the presidential candidates. The programme was simply placed near the list of voters. When I attracted attention to that, a member of the election commission started to make excuses and said that the programme was left there by chance. When I asked her to hide the programme, the woman put a bold face on and placed the programme on the window sill,” Ihar Kavalenka told.
“I was even more indignant by that. I told her that during the voting there should be no agitation materials in the poling station, and after this comment the member of the poling station election commission hid Lukashenka’s programme into her bag,” Ihar Kavalenka notes.
The activists plan to lodge a complain about that to the higher regional election commission.
