The Sakharov Prize for Freedom of Thought has been awarded in Oslo. The prize was founded by one of the most influential human rights organizations of the world, the Norwegian Helsinki Committee.

ReplyThe Norwegian Helsinki Committee should rename their human rights award. The Sakharov Prize for Freedom of Thought is awarded by the European Union, not some NGO. To intentionally try to mislead people by using the same name is simply unethical.
