As said by Huminski, he said to Uta Zapf about absence of such necessity during their meeting in Vienna, where a winter session of the PA OSCE was held on February 24-25, BelaPAN informs.
As it was stated earlier, of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Ad Hoc Working Group on Belarus plans to visit Minsk on March 27-29. A letter about possible organizing of such a visit had been sent by Uta Zapf to the “chamber of representatives” of the “national assembly” of Belarus. The main objective of the visit was studying the situation in the country after the presidential election in December 2010.
