Donetsk region has become the epicentre of the occupiers' biggest madness.
During his traditional address, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in Ukrainian that hundreds of Russian soldiers are killed daily in Donetsk region and the territory is "littered with the bodies of the occupiers".
"Overall on the front, our forces are in a state of active defence - in some parts of the east and south we are gradually pushing the enemy back," the Ukrainian president said.
According to Zelensky, Donetsk region remains as before the epicentre of the occupiers' greatest madness, they are dying in front of Ukrainian positions by the hundreds every day.
"The ground in front of Ukrainian positions is literally littered with the bodies of occupiers," the head of state said.
Afterwards, switching to Russian, Zelensky said that Marines from Primorye had complained to their governor Oleg Kozhemyako about "colossal losses", and the latter responded with a "predictable lie", saying that "the losses are far from that".
"The governor from there probably has a better view of how and how many military personnel are being sent to slaughter from his region. Well, or he was simply told to lie. He was told to lie from Moscow. This is how the order to lie about Russian losses travels thousands of kilometres. And even the bodies of most of those killed will not be brought back to some Vladivostok. But I am sure that Governor Kozhemyako will come out and explain why not all of them made it back, not all of those 'far from that'," Zelensky said.
