Belarusian Army Holds Training Near Ukrainian Border

The Belarusian military conducted a planned training exercise involving control point communication nodes in the Volyn and Polesie directions.

It should be noted that late in the evening of June 26, the Belarusian aviation became more active. The country's air force conducted exercises. According to the activists, military training flights started in Baranavichy at 21:27. Already at 23:20, the aviation was seen over Liahavichy district.

Are the Belarusians preparing an attack on Ukraine?

According to the spokesman of State Intelligence Service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Vadim Skibitsky, the Russian occupiers do not give up attempts to draw Belarus into the war with Ukraine. He says the Ukrainian intelligence reports that the Belarusians have less and less room for maneuvering and finding excuses for not wanting to go to war against Ukraine.

At the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Belarusians provided Russian occupiers with airfields, infrastructure and territory. Now the Belarusians are giving the occupiers their ammunition and weapons, which will be used against the Ukrainian Armed Forces and peaceful Ukrainians.

He also added that the scouts do not rule out sabotage to draw Belarus into the war. The enemy has already had experience of such operations and may attack the Belarusians, accusing the AFU of the attack.

The situation on the northern border of Ukraine

In the Seversk direction, the aggressor inflicted fire from barrel and rocket artillery in the areas of Pokrovka, Starikove, Porozok and Verhnyaya Pozhnya in Sumy region. Conducted aerial reconnaissance of our troops' positions using Orlan-10 type drones in the border areas of Chernihiv region.

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy grouping is focusing its main efforts on preventing the advance of our troops to the state border of Ukraine, and continues to conduct assault operations in order to improve the tactical situation and hinder the activities of the Defence Forces' units.
