US President Joe Biden said that humanity needs a “new world order”. He noted that humanity is at an inflection point in history.

The US President said this at a pre-election meeting in Washington. The statement was published on The White House official website.

“So, I think we have an opportunity to do things, if we’re bold enough and have enough confidence in ourselves, to unite the world in ways that it never has been. We were in a post-war period for 50 years where it worked pretty damn well, but that’s sort of run out of steam,” President Biden said.

The US leader emphasized that this should “enhance the prospect of peace, not diminish the prospect of peace”.

“It needs a new — a new world order in a sense, like that was a world order. Look, we’re at an inflection point in history, and that is that decisions we make in the next four or five years are going to determine what the next four or five decades look like,” the US President said.
