The Wagner Private Military Campaign, created by the liquidated Yevgeny Prigozhin, is placed under the control of the Russian Federal Guard. The recruitment of mercenaries has been reopened.

The publication Radio Svoboda reports that members of Wagner have been offered to sign an individual contract or they can continue to "work" under the terms of the current contract.

"The whole structure of the Wagner group, the order of work, the commanders will remain the same," the report says.

It is indicated that the Wagner base will be built "from scratch" in the zone of Russian aggression in Ukraine, and the mercenaries will be trained for six months to work "in the neighbourhood".

Moreover, those who have already been transferred to the structures of the Russian Ministry of Defence will not be able to return to the PMC.
