Trump Urged Netanyahu To Be More Rational

The U.S. President has expressed his willingness to meet in person with the Prime Minister of Israel.

U.S. President Donald Trump stated his readiness to meet in person with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, but at the same time called on the Israeli leader to be more rational. He made these remarks to “Kan Hadashot”.

“I have a good relationship with Bibi, but he needs to be more rational. I’m ready to meet with him,” Trump said.

The U.S. president added that he is highly likely to support Netanyahu in the upcoming parliamentary elections in Israel. However, Trump clarified that he would make a final decision after reviewing the full list of candidates running in the race.

“I need to see who’s running,” he explained.
