Ukrainian Forces Approach Highway Between Crimea With Melitopol

The main Russian logistics artery in the south may soon be cut.

The former company commander of the Aidar Battalion, Yevhen Dykyi, said that the Ukrainian army is approaching the highway that connects Crimea with Melitopol on the left bank of the Dnipro River (the Kherson region).

“Their (Russian) main logistics artery is the highway that connects Crimea with Melitopol. We haven’t reached it yet, but our troops are already approaching it. And, in fact, this is what is now causing such, well, still quiet, but already quite obvious panic among Russians,” Dykyi said on Radio NV.

Let us remind you that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have increased their bridgehead on the left bank of the Kherson region. On November 17, the Marine Corps officially confirmed that Ukrainian fighters had established themselves in several bridgeheads on the occupied left bank of the Dnieper. According to them, during the operation, more than a thousand occupiers and dozens of their weapons had already been destroyed there.
