Drones Of Partisans Attacked Airfield With Russian Combat Aircraft In Kursk

Unknown people made a daring raid on the Russian regional center.

On the night of June 2, powerful explosions thundered in Russian Kursk. Previously, a military airfield of the Russian army came under attack from unknown drones.

Ukrainian blogger, public figure Serhiy Sternenko announced this on Telegram.

“There are few details on Kursk. Unknown good partisans ... this night made a raid on Kursk district and struck at the Russian military aviation at the local airfield,” Sternenko wrote in the morning.

The planes of the RF Armed Forces were probably hit. Information about losses is specified.

Note that, according to the official version of Moscow, “Russian air defense allegedly repelled the attack”.

Governor of the Kursk region Roman Starovoit also said that UAVs damaged one of the entrances of a high-rise building and several residential buildings in the city.

However, judging by the footage from the scene, the infrastructure was damaged by Russian air defense missiles — a part of the upper stage of the Pantsir air defense system was photographed.
