Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, said that the criminal case against Yevgeny Prigozhin for the armed rebellion would be dropped.

Peskov, during a press conference following Prigozhin's armed rebellion, said that an agreement had been reached and the Wagner PMC would go to their field camps. Prigozhin himself would go to Belarus.

Personnel changes in the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation were not discussed during the negotiations with Prigozhin, the Kremlin spokesman said.

As for now, Putin is not going to deliver a new speech in connection with the military mutiny in the Russian Federation.

“Putin said he guarantees that Prigozhin will be able to leave for Belarus,” Peskov said.

Peskov also admitted that he did not know about the a new “job” for Prigozhin in Belarus.

On June 24, Wagner's troops took Rostov-on-Don and marched through the Rostov, Voronezh and Lipetsk regions of the Russian Federation. Wagner columns with armored vehicles entered the Moscow region and approached Moscow at a distance of 200 km and after that, Prigozhin said that he ordered his army to retreat.
