AFU Defeated 291st Regiment Of Russian Federation Near Robotyne

A new breakthrough of the Southern Front is planned.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine began to break through the Russian defenses in the Zaporizhia direction, Robotyne area.

Fierce battles are going on in the Orikhove sector of the Southern Front. Russian propaganda channels write panic posts that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are breaking through to Robotyne, dialog.ua reports.

According to the Russians, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are now taking out the advanced positions of the RF Armed Forces in this area with artillery, probably in order to make a breakthrough there.

“The enemy has activated in the Robotyne area. As of now, a massive artillery preparation of the front line of the first line of defense of the Zaporizhzhia group is underway,” writes one of the Russian channels.

He assures that activation is taking place in the area held by the 291st Motorized Rifle Regiment of the RF Armed Forces. And the grouping has already suffered heavy losses, the 300s are being evacuated.

“Preliminarily, there are about 30 wounded, 8 of them in an extremely serious condition,” the propagandists write.

Important to note, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have made good progress in this area over the past month, freeing up about 19 square kilometers of territory.
