Russian intelligence was waved “hello”.
The head of the Bellingcat initiative, investigator Christo Grozev, writes that the secret facilities of the Russian Main Intelligence Directorate, including the office of the head of the illegal spy program, the headquarters of the cyber operations and hacker group Fancy Bear, as well as the Military University of the Ministry of Defense, are located near the site of the drone attack on Komsomolsky Avenue in Moscow.
Russian media report that a drone attacked buildings near Komsomolsky prospect 17 in Moscow; traffic down this avenue has been closed. What is interesting is that this address is just across from the headquarters of GRU's cyber offense (incl. FancyBear), among other mil. units pic.twitter.com/WtdxBPg5od

A video published by the Izvestia newspaper shows that these buildings were damaged. Russian state agencies did not show them in their posts, focusing on a photo of a wine shop across the avenue.
As Charter97.org wrote, on the night of Monday, July 24, several unknown drones attacked the Russian capital, Moscow.
Local Telegram channels published the consequences of the attack. In particular, it is reported about destruction of buildings and smoke in a building near the Russian Ministry of Defense.
