“The Crimea will be de-occupied in a combined way — both by land and by sea in the form of amphibious assault, and by air, there are already a sufficient number of helicopters and troops that will participate in the liberation of the Crimea. The landing force is being trained in England right now — air and sea landing to carry out combat missions, ”he said.

According to him, the appearance of such information in the media suggests that this landing force can be used soon.

“The fact that this is starting to get on the air suggests that in the near future, based on the preparation of the battlefield, which happens one and a half to two months before entering this field, no later, I think, somewhere around the end of August - September our troops will work in the Crimea as well,” Svitan noted.

According to the expert, without the liberation of the Crimea, the mechanism and the idea of liberating the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions will be lost.

“We cannot leave Russian soldiers in the Crimea. This is the rear for our Donetsk group. If we leave them there, they will perform the same maneuver that they did last year — they will leave the Crimea and go into the rear of our group, which will be located in the Donetsk region, so they will have to roll back to the Dnipro river,” he said.
