Russian Citizen Swears At Ussuriysk Mayor, Who Offers $1400 To Victims Of Flooding

The sharp conversation was caught on video.

There was the flooding in the Russian city of Ussuriysk, which damaged the housing and property of many citizens. Residents met with Ussuriysk Mayor Yevgeny Korzh and Primorye Mayor Oleg Kozhemyako to find out what measures will be taken to rebuild and compensate them.

One of the victims said that two floors of his house were flooded. Mayor Korzh promised to pay him 150,000 rubles ($1400). But the resident was not satisfied with such an amount and swore at the official.

"The child, f*ck, without clothes. Everything is drowned with textbooks. What will I do for 150 thousand?" he was indignant. "You f*cking do something for yourself for 150 thousand, what are you going to buy with it now? Have you been to the f*cking shop today? And wha' is it, how's the price there?" he added.
