President Of Poland Pays Tribute To UPR Soldiers Killed In Fights Against Bolsheviks

Today is Polish Army Day.

Polish President Andrzej Duda has paid tribute to the soldiers of the Ukrainian People's Republic who died fighting the Bolsheviks. The message was published on Twitter by the Polish leader's office.

He reportedly visited the Orthodox cemetery and laid a wreath at the monument to the UPR soldiers.

August 15 is Poland's Army Day, the anniversary of Poland's victory in the war against Soviet Russia in 1920.
