'But How?!': Russians Shocked By AFU's Breakthrough In Verbove

Propagandists are shocked at how quickly the "Surovikin line" fell.

The breakthrough of Ukrainian army units into the village of Verbove came as a real surprise to Russian propagandists and Z-war correspondents, who do not understand how exactly the AFU managed to break through the "Surovikin line" and reach the western outskirts of the village, dialog.ua. reported.

The day before, a report appeared on one of the largest Russian military forums that the Ukrainian army had broken through the Russian defensive lines on the Orikhiv - Verbove section of the front.

The occupiers write that the breakthrough was carried out by the 82nd brigade of the AFU. At the same time, this turn of events came as a real surprise to the Russians, who do not understand exactly how the Ukrainian army units broke through the first line of defence without meeting resistance.

Earlier, journalists managed to find out that the AFU was carrying out assault operations without the cover of vehicles, which significantly increased their mobility.

The AFU, under cover of artillery and cluster munitions, overcome the Russians' mine barriers, enter the trenches, and then begin mopping them up.

"But how? I.e. they got over the first line, no vehicles, no nothing, no pictures on that first line, and just walk all the way to Verbove? Um, where are the troops? Trenches there, on the video from the area of Verbove - Robotyne, that pocket right there, there's literally 0 trenches on the video," the bewildered Russians wrote.
