First Intercept Of Conversations From Damaged Russian SIG Tanker Published

The engine room is flooded, the ship cannot move independently.

As Charter97.org reported earlier, this night combat drones massively attacked the Crimean bridge and damaged a Russian SIG tanker in the Kerch Strait.

The Telegram channel “Caution, news” published the first audio intercept from a wrecked Russian tanker.

It follows from it that the explosion occurred in the engine room, it is flooded, the tanker cannot move on its own.

“We cannot move on our own. Without a tug. The engine department is flooded. We don’t know what the management will decide there. We need to go to some plant. We did not reduce anything, it just stopped (the water). It went up as much as it did. The ship is on ballast. All cargo tanks are empty. The ship is afloat. The water was going up, reached the waterline level, and stopped,” the crew reported.
